By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Company reserves the right to refuse access or terminate Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require registration. When creating an Account you agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You may not impersonate another person or use a name you are not authorised to use.
4.2 Credentials and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or permit others to access the Platform through your Account. All activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
4.3 Unauthorised Access
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify the Company immediately at help@dogugea.com. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have not notified us promptly.
5. Permitted Use
5.1 Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.2 Restrictions
You must not, and must not attempt to:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any Content in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the Company;
b. Record, capture, or screenshot any live or recorded Session without express written consent;
c. Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise exploit the Platform or any Content for commercial purposes;

f. Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform;
g. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
h. Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
6. Sessions and Interactive Features
6.1 Participation Standards
When participating in live Sessions, interactive Q&A, chat functions, or any other real-time feature, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. You must not post or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6.2 Moderation
The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove, or restrict any User-generated communication within the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability.
6.3 Session Availability
The Company does not guarantee that any specific Session will be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical error. Schedules, speakers, and content may be modified or cancelled at any time. Where a paid Session is cancelled by the Company, a remedy will be offered in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Company Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentation materials, graphics, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
7.2 User Submissions
If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the Platform — including questions, comments, or feedback — you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence.
7.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations you provide regarding the Platform may be used by the Company freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Certain Sessions or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. By completing a transaction you authorise the Company to charge the amount indicated using your chosen payment method.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Where no specific terms are stated, requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to help@dogugea.com within 14 days of the original transaction date. The Company reviews each request individually and reserves the right to decline refunds where access to Content has already been provided.
8.3 Pricing Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact us at help@dogugea.com.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 Educational Content
Content provided through the Platform, including all Sessions, materials, and expert commentary, is intended for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, investment, or any other form of regulated advice. You should seek qualified professional guidance before making decisions based on information obtained through the Platform.
11.2 No Warranty
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Company's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
14. Termination
14.1 By the Company
The Company may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued access is not in the best interests of the Platform or other Users.
14.2 By You
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at help@dogugea.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless a refund is otherwise applicable under Section 8.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.
15. Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users, such as by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts, as appropriate under the applicable legal framework.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of a specific transaction or feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
